We have 25 years of combined experience as Licensed Behavior Analysts and over 50 years of combined experience as Licensed Special Education Teachers.
Who Are We?
We are Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBA®s), certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) and we are Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) in the states of Virginia and Maryland. We are also Licensed Special Education Teachers in the states of Virginia and Maryland.
What Do We Do?
We use behavior analytic procedures to design and implement behavioral programming to support socially significant skills. We teach psychological and behavioral flexibility using Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACTr).

At Flexible Thinkers, you will be working directly with a licensed BCBA® and Special Education Teacher for all consultations, social groups, and direct or indirect services. Our team members have additional training in behavior analytic social skills programming, Acceptance and Commitment Training/Therapy (ACT), Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), and the Balance Program.
